UPO2000HD series high-resolution oscilloscope has the maximum bandwidth of 200 MHz, the maximum sampling rate of 2.5 GSa/s, with the memory depth of up to 100 Mpts. UPO2000HD series adopts exclusive Ultra Phosphor 3.0 technology, achieving the waveform capture rate of up to 1,000,000 wfms/s, with 256 levels of gray temperature colors, and features an innovative digital trigger system with high trigger sensitivity and low jitter. Multiple advanced measurement and analysis functions and rich trigger decoding types. Can be widely used in communication, aerospace, education and many other industries and fields.

The 6σ (Six Sigma) standard for electronic signals is a process with a defect rate of no more than 3.4 defects per million opportunities (DPMO). This means there are only 3.4 anomalies per 1,000,000 samples. With its ultra-high hardware capture rate, the hardware-accelerated template testing maintains the full capture rate of Ultra Phosphor 3.0, completing waveform tests that meet specific standards within 1 second (instead of several hours).
