MSO2000X Series
The MSO2000X series mixed-signal oscilloscope provides a maximum sampling rate of 5 GSa/s and a memory depth of up to 100 Mpts/CH. It adopts the exclusive Ultra Phosphor 3.0 technology, achieving a waveform capture rate of up to 2,000,000 wfms/s, and features a 256-level brightness color temperature display. With an advanced digital trigger system, it achieves trigger accuracy of 10 ps. The oscilloscope supports 9 types of advanced triggers, 9 types of serial bus triggering and decoding, and advanced functions and analysis modes such as spectrum analysis, power analysis, histograms, waveform recording, enhanced resolution, pass/fail testing, search, and navigation. It is also equipped with extensive measurement and mathematical calculation functions.  The device features a 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen, supporting various gestures for common waveform operations, as well as a WebServer for remote control. It is a versatile and powerful instrument.
