Each unit provides 4 analog channels, 1 external trigger, and a built-in function/arbitrary waveform generator. It also integrates capabilities including Spectrum Analyzer, DVM, Frequency Counter, Protocol Analyzer (11 serial protocols), and Power Analyzer, supporting 48 waveform parameter measurements.

Operational Compatibility

Leverages the established 7000 series platform, offering a familiar workflow for users of 7000X instruments. An optional external touch display provides responsive control.
